By accessing and using the Flores Island website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Products and Services
Flores Island offers floral arrangements, bouquets, event decoration services, workshops, and related products. All products are handcrafted and may have slight variations from images shown on our website.
• Product availability is subject to seasonal and stock limitations
• Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT
• We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice
• Special orders and custom arrangements are subject to separate agreements
3. Orders and Payment
When placing an order:
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• Payment is required at the time of order
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated
• Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment processing
• You will receive an order confirmation via email
4. Delivery
Delivery terms:
• We deliver within Lisbon and surrounding areas
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Someone must be available to receive fresh flower deliveries
• If no one is available, we may leave the delivery with a neighbor or in a safe location
• Additional delivery fees may apply for certain areas or time slots
• Same-day delivery is subject to availability and cut-off times
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products:
• Fresh flowers cannot be returned or exchanged
• If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours with photos
• We will arrange a replacement or refund for verified issues
• Gift cards and workshop bookings are non-refundable
• Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun
6. Workshop and Event Bookings
For workshops and events:
• Bookings require advance payment to secure your spot
• Cancellations made 48+ hours before the event: full refund or rescheduling
• Cancellations within 48 hours: 50% refund
• No-shows will not receive a refund
• We reserve the right to cancel events due to insufficient registration (full refund provided)
• Event dates and locations may be subject to change with reasonable notice
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to:
• Images, photographs, and designs
• Text, logos, and branding
• Website design and layout
is the property of Flores Island and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Submit false or misleading information
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our website
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• Flores Island is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service
• We are not responsible for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control
• We do not guarantee that our website will be error-free or uninterrupted
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
